PRODUCE HOLDS/CANCELLATIONS
When you are going on vacation or need to stop delivery of your produce box for the week or permanently, Organic 2 Go must be notified by the Friday before your delivery day. This allows us to keep our prices low and affordable. The way we accomplish this is by planning out the produce and the employee schedules based on the amount of boxes for the following week.

If customers cancel the week of delivery it is impossible to plan, produce is overbought, and employees’ workdays are cut short. We value your business! But, on future deliveries if you do not notify us by the Friday before, you will need to find a friend or family member to receive the delivery. You will also be charged for this delivery.
